This cake was for a group of police officers that wanted to tease a female officer that had just returned to work after having surgery.... I'm sure you can tell what kind of surgery! ;o)When Eric asked me to make this cake for them my first reaction was, "It will have to have a bikini top or be covered in some way!" So this is what I came up with.
